That is a useful gaming-laptop package on paper, but the price is time-sensitive, and independent benchmark results for this exact model were not located.

Is $1,349.99 a good deal?
The configuration is attractive if you want 32GB of RAM, a high-refresh 1920×1200 display, and an RTX 5060 in one 16-inch laptop. The main practical compromise visible in the listed specifications is the 512GB SSD, which can fill quickly if you install several large games. The price is also a listing-specific 10% reduction, rather than evidence of a lasting market price.

Whether it is the right purchase depends on what you need and what the price is when you buy. Compare the exact model number and full configuration at checkout; the Nitro V 16 name covers multiple versions, and their specifications are not interchangeable.

Do not confuse this SKU with other Nitro V 16 models
Acer lists a separate Nitro V 16, model ANV16-I31-70WA, with 16GB standard memory, a 32GB maximum, a 165Hz display, and maximum graphics power listed up to 75W. Those specifications belong to that separate model, not the ANV16-72-73C7 in the Newegg deal. The differing memory, display refresh rate, and GPU-power listing are why a family name or RTX 5060 label alone is not enough to identify a laptop’s configuration.

GamesRadar+ tested a different Nitro V 16 AI configuration with a Ryzen AI 7 450, RTX 5060, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. Its review said that system trailed some competitors in gaming benchmarks; in its Cyberpunk 2077 test scenario, the reviewer reported at least 60fps and 143fps with DLSS 4 multi-frame generation enabled. Those results apply to the reviewed Ryzen-based laptop and its test setup, not this Intel model. Read the GamesRadar+ review of that distinct configuration.
Likewise, PC Gamer’s deal coverage concerned a Nitro V 16S AI with Ryzen 7 260, RTX 5060, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD, alongside a past Amazon promotion.
