In a first-person DEV Community post published September 27, 2026, Harun describes a routine built around coding first, sharing work, and protecting time for longer-term projects. He says his morning starts with bug reports and a goal to ship one fix or feature; later, he divides his attention among building, broadcasting, and compounding, then reviews the day. These are the author’s own descriptions and recommendations—not an independently verified account of his biography, company, or results.
What does the routine prioritize?
Harun’s system puts product work ahead of promotion at the start of the day. The broader idea is to reserve attention for making and improving something before notifications and publishing tasks compete for it. His account describes a personal workflow, not evidence that the same schedule will work for every young founder or developer.
How does the morning build block work?
Start with the product
Harun says he uses his first hour for building rather than content or social media. He checks KODA’s live counter, scans overnight bug reports, and tries to ship one fix or feature before breakfast. The small shipping target gives the block a concrete outcome, though the post does not report how often he meets it or measure the impact.

Work from a phone
He says he works on a POCO C55, using a phone code editor, Cloudflare’s dashboard in desktop mode, Supabase’s SQL editor, and GitHub mobile. He frames this constraint as a reason to keep work simpler; it is not a tested claim that phone-based development improves productivity. The post calls the phone “$150,” but that is the author’s figure, not a verified current price.

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
How does he allocate attention?
Harun gives this split for his attention: 40% BUILD, 30% BROADCAST, and 30% COMPOUND. In his account, building means product work, broadcasting means sharing or communicating about the work, and compounding means investing in progress that can accumulate over time. The post does not explain a tracking method or establish that these proportions are measured, consistently maintained, or responsible for particular outcomes; treat them as his stated framework, not a universal formula.
What does he choose not to do?
Harun says he is postponing a Lexora launch, turning down some feature requests, and not responding to every notification immediately. In his view, focus depends partly on deciding which worthwhile tasks do not belong on today’s list. He sums up that principle with the line, “a ceo’s real job is saying no to good things so great things can breathe.”

What happens in the evening review?
At the end of the day, Harun describes asking himself five questions:
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →- Did HYNAWEB gain something today?
- Did I ship?
- Who did I thank or engage with?
- How does the next article fit the content rotation?
- Is the Lexora project still on GitHub?
The questions span product progress, relationships, publishing, and continuity on a deferred project. They are a reflection checklist from the author’s routine, rather than an externally validated measure of business performance.

What can a reader take from his operating system?
Harun recommends reserving a morning block for building, setting an attention budget, keeping a “not today” list, and checking progress in the evening. A reader can adapt those practices without adopting his exact percentages or schedule: choose a small deliverable, identify what can wait, and use a short review to decide what deserves attention next. His post does not provide independent evidence about the routine’s results, so its value is best understood as a founder’s account of how he organizes his own day.
