Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4 has the more capable display specification: its 6.77-inch AMOLED panel reaches up to 144Hz, while the Z11x uses a 6.76-inch LCD panel at 120Hz. Their screen sizes are nearly identical, so the meaningful distinction is panel type and refresh rate rather than viewing area.
That specification favors the P4 for users who prioritize AMOLED and smoother supported scrolling or animation. A higher refresh rate does not by itself establish better brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility; the cited specifications do not settle those comparisons.

Performance: two Dimensity 7400-series chips
The P4 uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra and the Z11x the Dimensity 7400-Turbo. Both are listed as 4nm octa-core 7400-series processors, with the comparison source reporting up to 2.6GHz. Those shared family specifications are not enough to declare one phone universally faster.

Choose the P4 for a different rear-camera view
The P4 combines a 50MP main camera with an 8MP ultrawide camera. The ultrawide provides a different field of view for scenes where fitting more into the frame matters.

The Z11x pairs its 50MP main camera with a 2MP bokeh camera and lists a 32MP front camera, compared with the P4’s 16MP front camera. More megapixels do not prove better photos: sensor, processing, lighting and lens performance matter, and the available specifications do not provide comparable sample-photo testing.

Battery and charging: capacity versus refill speed
iQOO lists a 7200mAh battery for the Z11x; realme lists 7000mAh typical capacity for the P4. The Z11x therefore has 200mAh more stated capacity, while the P4 supports 80W charging and is listed with an 80W adapter in the box. The Z11x supports up to 44W FlashCharge.
On paper, that makes the Z11x the larger-battery choice and the P4 the faster-charging choice. Capacity and charging ratings do not determine actual battery life or charge time on their own: usage, network conditions, settings, temperature and charging conditions affect results.
As a separate lab-style comparison, 91mobiles listed PCMark battery test results of 17 hours 22 minutes for the P4 and 19 hours 59 minutes for the Z11x on the page accessed October 5, 2026. Weight, thickness and everyday handling
Published figures list the P4 at about 185g and 7.58mm thick. The Z11x is listed at about 219g and 8.39mm thick by 91mobiles. That is a 34g difference in the published weights, with the P4 also thinner on those figures. If a lighter, slimmer handset matters for one-handed use or carrying, the listed dimensions favor the P4.

Software and update support
The 91mobiles comparison page lists Android 15 with realme UI for the P4 and Android 16 with OriginOS 6 for the Z11x. Software versions can change through updates and may differ by unit, so check the installed version and update status on the specific India model. iQOO’s official product information states four years of security updates. The cited materials do not establish a directly comparable realme update commitment.
India price difference: compare like-for-like variants
Gadgets 360 reported revised post-launch iQOO Z11x prices on September 1, 2026: ₹24,999 for 6GB/128GB, ₹27,999 for 8GB/128GB and ₹30,999 for 8GB/256GB. These were retailer-linked listing prices at that time, not confirmed manufacturer prices or guaranteed current offers; the page does not establish that the two displayed listings had matching memory configurations.
