The Logitech ERGO K860 is a full-size wireless keyboard with a curved, split-style keyframe and an integrated cushioned wrist rest. It may suit someone who wants those features in a single keyboard and already uses Logitech’s multi-computer software, but its design claims are not proof of a medical benefit. Consider the layout, footprint and wrist-rest height against your own desk and typing preferences before buying.
What the Logitech ERGO K860 is—and what it is not
The K860 is one continuous keyboard, not two physically separate halves. Its keys sit on a curved, split-style frame, with a numeric keypad and a cushioned wrist rest built into the design. Logitech says the layout is intended to encourage more natural hand and finger placement. That describes the design goal; it does not establish that the keyboard will prevent or treat pain.
The integrated rest has three layers, according to Logitech: a fabric surface, high-density foam and memory foam. The company says it provides 54% more wrist support and reduces wrist bending by 25%. Those are Logitech claims, not independently established clinical findings in the sources available here.
Does its ergonomic shape fit your desk and typing habits?
The K860 is worth considering if you specifically want a full-size, curved split-style keyboard, a built-in rest and wireless connectivity. The shape is a meaningful change from a conventional straight keyboard, so consider whether you are comfortable adapting to its layout. Also check the keyboard’s full-size footprint and the height of its integrated wrist rest against your desk, chair and typical seated or standing position.

Logitech’s support page says the curved split frame is designed to let the wrist and forearm take a straighter, more neutral posture. Treat that as an explanation of the design intent, not a guaranteed result for every user. The sources reviewed do not establish a head-to-head advantage over other ergonomic keyboards.
Tilt adjustment
Logitech lists palm-lift tilt positions of 0°, -4° and -7°. The available information does not establish which position will suit a particular person or desk height; try the settings with your usual setup if you can.

Wireless connection, devices and Logitech Flow
Connectivity depends on which K860 version you are considering. Logitech’s 2020 consumer launch release says the keyboard connects through Bluetooth Low Energy or a USB dongle. A separate business data sheet dated September 29, 2021 lists Bluetooth and Logi Bolt for the business model. Do not assume the business receiver description applies to every consumer SKU or that a receiver is included with a particular regional listing; verify the exact model and package contents before purchase.
Logitech describes Flow support when the K860 is used with a compatible Flow-enabled mouse and Logitech software. Flow is relevant if you already use that ecosystem and want to move between computers. The available source details do not establish how many devices the keyboard itself can pair with, so check the exact model’s current documentation rather than infer a pairing limit from Flow support.

Compatibility and features to verify by SKU
Logitech’s product FAQ raises questions about Mac and Windows compatibility, backlighting, whether the wrist rest is removable and spill resistance. The source information available here does not confirm answers to those questions for every K860 SKU. Check the precise regional product listing and package details for the operating systems you use and any feature that affects your buying decision. The wrist rest is described as integrated; do not assume it is removable.
Battery life, price and other claims
A Logitech business data sheet dated September 29, 2021 specifies two AAA batteries and up to 24 months of battery life for that business model. That figure is not established as a guarantee for every consumer version or usage pattern. Confirm the battery specification for the exact SKU you plan to buy.

Logitech’s 2020 launch release listed a $129.99 suggested retail price, which is historical launch pricing. The US consumer listing showed $149.99 and in-stock status when checked for this article; price and availability can change, so check the live listing for your region. The same 2020 release stated a 10 million keystroke lifespan, but the available official sources do not provide an independent test report or methodology for that figure.
In the launch release, Logitech attributed this statement to Lars Holm Lauridsen, then senior global product manager: “ERGO K860 is designed, developed and tested with criteria set out by leading ergonomists, resulting in a typing experience that does not compromise your productivity.” This is Logitech’s product statement, not an independent quotation from an ergonomics organization.
