Common checks when a code fails
Make sure you are in the intended account
Confirm that the game is open on the account where you expect to receive the reward before entering the code. If you use more than one account, a successful redemption on another account will not put the reward in the one you intended.
Re-enter the code carefully
Compare your entry with the code as published and remove accidental spaces before or after it. The sources reviewed do not establish whether codes are case-sensitive or specify rules for similar-looking characters, so do not assume a particular capitalization or substitution will work.

Confirm, then check Mail
After entering the code, make sure you complete the confirmation step. Then inspect in-game Mail rather than assuming the item should appear immediately in another part of the interface. The documented delivery location is Mail.
Check whether the code is current
A code appearing on a list does not establish that it is still redeemable. Pocket Gamer’s page, updated October 4, 2026, says the game is shut down, marks its article archived, and lists no active codes. A BlueStacks guide for October 2026 lists codes as active. The official LUCKYYX pre-registration page says pre-registration gift codes could be redeemed in-game after launch, but it does not confirm that the service currently operates.

Because these sources conflict and there is no current official shutdown notice or live-code list established here, do not treat either third-party list as definitive. If you can access the game or an official channel, check its current status there. A November 2024 FYX Official video lists historical codes; its age alone cannot show that they still work.

If the game will not connect or the Exchange Pack screen is unavailable, changing how you type a code may not solve the problem. If the shutdown reported by Pocket Gamer is accurate, retrying codes would not restore the service. That is a practical implication of the report, not an official diagnosis: the report has not been corroborated by a current official notice.
