If Dice Dreams free rolls haven’t appeared, first identify where you expected them to come from: an event, an invite, a team request, or another offer. Each source can have different conditions, and official guidance does not give one universal fix or a set delivery time. Check the relevant requirements, then contact support if the reward still appears to be missing.
First, identify which rolls are missing
The next step depends on the reward source. An event reward may depend on an active event and its objective; an invite reward has specific new-player requirements; a team request is a way to receive rolls from other players. A social gift or other offer may have its own terms, which should be checked where it was presented.

Check event and progress-based rewards
Dice Dreams’ Progress Bar (Missions) guidance explains that features unlock progressively and can vary by player and event. Reward Rush, for example, is available only during a limited-time window. Confirm that the event is currently active and that you completed the required objective; do not assume every player sees the same event or feature.
Verify invite-reward eligibility
The official Friends guidance sets out three conditions for an invited player:

- They must link their account to Facebook.
- They must complete at least one Kingdom.
If all three conditions were met and the invite reward did not arrive, the guidance recommends contacting Customer Experience. Include the relevant invite details; the Friends article also refers to Player IDs for friend-related support cases.
Use team requests as another way to get rolls
If you are in a team, the Teams guidance says members can periodically request rolls on the team Message Board, where other members can send them. A team can have up to 50 members. This is a separate way to receive rolls, not a stated solution for an event or invite reward that failed to arrive.

Contact official support if the reward still appears missing
Use the in-game support route: Menu > Settings > Contact Us. The official Google Play listing also says players can send an in-game ticket or email support@superplay.co. The US Apple App Store listing gives dicedreams-help@superplay.co. Since the listings show different email addresses, the in-game contact route or the address displayed for your platform is the clearest option.
Describe which reward you expected, where it was offered, approximately when you expected it, and the relevant event or invite details. Include your Player ID if support asks for it. Official sources do not specify a universal delivery window, so avoid assuming a particular number of hours means a reward is lost.

Avoid unofficial roll offers
Do not use third-party roll generators, buy accounts, or give anyone your login or payment details to obtain rolls. Dice Dreams warns that offers and transactions outside the game are unauthorized and says its team will not ask for sensitive information. See its guidance on unauthorized offers.
