To redeem a code, open the game and go to Profile → Settings → Gift Code. Confirm the entry, then check your in-game mail for rewards.
Redeem the code through the in-game menu

Open Last Asylum: Plague.

Open Profile, then Settings, and select Gift Code.

Enter the code exactly as shown, including its capitalization, and tap Confirm.

If redemption succeeds, look for the rewards in your in-game mail.

Check why the code was rejected
The code may have expired
Gift codes can stop working after their validity period. The official code listing changes over time, so a code appearing on an older list is not proof that it is active now. Check the game’s current official listing rather than relying on an old third-party list.
Check spelling and capitalization
Enter every character as issued, including uppercase and lowercase letters. Copying and pasting can reduce typing errors, but check the pasted text for stray spaces or missing characters before confirming.

It may already be claimed or have a use limit
The official guide says most codes can be used only once per account, and the game’s official FAQ says a redeemed code usually cannot be reused. If you have already claimed it on that account, trying again will not provide a second reward. The available guidance does not specify a universal usage limit for every code.
The code may be region-specific
Some codes are restricted by region, according to the official guide and FAQ. A code that works for players elsewhere may therefore fail for your account.

Check in-game mail after a successful redemption
A successful confirmation does not mean the reward will appear directly in your inventory: the official guide identifies in-game mail as the reward destination. Check your mail before concluding that the redemption failed.
If Gift Code is missing from Settings
The official help pages document the in-game menu path, but do not confirm that the option is available on every platform or provide an official web redemption alternative. If you cannot find Gift Code, look for current instructions from the game publisher for your platform. An unofficial guide describes a web route, but that does not establish it as an official method.

Avoid paying someone for a gift code
The official FAQ says official gift codes are free and warns players to be cautious of sellers. Do not buy a code from a third party; a paid code may be a scam, and payment does not establish that it is valid or redeemable for your account.
