BidenCash was described in cybersecurity reporting as a criminal marketplace for stolen payment-card data. The “15 cents” figure is a reported low price per item—not a verified current listing or a confirmed transaction. The available coverage does not establish who operated the site, whether it is active today, or where every card record came from.
What is BidenCash?
BleepingComputer’s archive lists a June 20, 2022 report describing BidenCash as a recently launched carding site that sought attention by releasing payment-card details and cardholder information. Reflectiz, a cybersecurity vendor, later described it as a criminal dark-web carding market launched in early 2022, with a presence on both the dark web and clearnet. These are attributed media and vendor descriptions, not official confirmation of the site’s operators or current status.
A carding marketplace is a criminal venue where stolen payment-card information is offered or circulated. This article explains the reporting and the risks; it does not provide access or purchasing instructions.

In a November 4, 2024 article, Reflectiz said stolen credit- or debit-card data could be offered for as little as 15 cents per item. That is a reported floor price, not evidence that every record cost that amount, that a sale was completed at that price, or that the figure remains available today. The cited coverage does not provide an independently audited transaction or current listing.

Reflectiz also described free data releases as a promotional tactic. It reported that BidenCash released 1.9 million card details in December 2023; that number is Reflectiz’s report, not an independently verified count. The available sources do not establish that every record originated from a particular breach or collection method.
How can a website steal card details?
Reflectiz describes web skimming as one way criminals may collect payment information. An attacker who gains unauthorized access to an online store or payment site can insert malicious JavaScript into its checkout flow. The script can capture information a customer enters into a payment form and forward it to the attacker. The page may continue to look and behave normally, so a customer might not notice the theft.

This explains a general web-skimming risk; it is not forensic evidence that skimming produced every card record associated with BidenCash. Reflectiz mentions several possible collection methods, and the provenance of individual records is not established in the cited coverage.

How to reduce the risk of web skimming
Reflectiz recommends a comprehensive security strategy focused on protecting sensitive data. For people shopping online, practical precautions include using a payment method with transaction alerts, checking account activity regularly, and contacting the card issuer promptly about unfamiliar charges. These steps can help limit the impact of misuse, but they cannot prove that a checkout page is free of malicious code.
For online businesses, the underlying issue is unauthorized code in the checkout path. Protecting sensitive data requires a broader security approach; the cited article does not establish that one specific product or intervention is necessary or sufficient.
