The UNISOC Tiger T620 is an entry-level 4G phone chipset with two Cortex-A75 performance cores, six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores, and a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. Published benchmark results give a rough point of comparison, not a promise of how every T620 phone will perform: scores vary by benchmark version and handset, and some listings have very small sample counts.
UNISOC Tiger T620 specifications
Reference databases describe the T620 as an octa-core, 12 nm mobile system-on-chip (SoC). Its mix of older performance and efficiency cores is designed for everyday phone workloads, rather than high-end processing or graphics.
| Specification | Reported details |
|---|---|
| CPU | 2 × Arm Cortex-A75, up to 2.2 GHz; 6 × Arm Cortex-A55, up to 1.8 GHz |
| GPU | Arm Mali-G57 MP1, listed at 850 MHz |
| Process | 12 nm |
| Memory | LPDDR4X at 1866 MHz, with a 2 × 16-bit bus |
| Cellular | LTE/4G; not 5G |
These specifications are reported by NanoReview, Notebookcheck, and 91mobiles. They describe the platform, not necessarily the exact components or features enabled in an individual phone.
Platform capabilities are not handset guarantees
91mobiles lists support for up to 8 GB of memory, UFS 2.2 storage, a 108 MP camera sensor, and an FHD+ display. Those are reported platform-level capabilities; a phone maker chooses what to implement. Actual RAM, storage type, camera resolution, and screen resolution must be checked against the specific device’s specifications.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The same source lists peak modem rates of up to 300 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload. These are reported capability figures, not expected real-world speeds. Results depend on the phone’s modem implementation, supported bands, carrier, signal, and network conditions.

The NanoReview T620 listing supplies the AnTuTu 11, Geekbench 6, and PCMark results and sample notes. Notebookcheck’s T7280 (T620) page provides the Geekbench 6.7 results for the Teclast T65. Different Geekbench versions should not be treated as the same test, and scores from different phones should not be averaged into a single chipset score.

The CPU configuration and published scores place the T620 in the entry-level class. They can help distinguish it from faster platforms, but they do not establish how smoothly a particular app or game will run on a particular phone. Handset memory, software, screen resolution, cooling, and sustained thermal behavior all matter.

For games such as Call of Duty, the chipset name alone cannot guarantee lag-free play. Performance depends on the game version, graphics settings, the phone’s cooling and thermal limits, and its implementation of the platform. Look for tests of the exact handset and settings if gaming performance is a deciding factor; do not read a benchmark score as a promise of a specific frame rate.
T620 and T7280: why both names appear
Some listings identify this processor as the UNISOC T7280 (T620). Notebookcheck uses that combined label for its Teclast T65 results, so searching for both “T620” and “T7280” can help reconcile product pages and benchmark entries. Notebookcheck says the T620 and T619 specifications are the same on paper; that does not establish identical performance across phones.

Phones that use the T620
NanoReview names the itel S25 Ultra as a phone using the T620 and associates that handset with its AnTuTu 11 score. This is an example of a listed device, not a guarantee of current availability or of the configuration sold in every region. Check the precise regional model and its published specifications before relying on a listing.

How to compare T620 phones fairly
- Compare results from the same benchmark version and, where possible, equivalent test conditions.
- Check the exact phone configuration, including RAM, storage, and display resolution.
- Consider cooling and software, especially for sustained gaming or other demanding workloads.
- Confirm cellular bands and network support for your carrier and region; a platform’s LTE capability does not ensure every handset supports every band.
- Use tests of the actual handset for practical performance questions rather than assuming that all phones with the same SoC will behave identically.
The listed specifications and scores are from secondary reference databases; no UNISOC primary datasheet is cited here. The databases offer useful reference data, but they are not a controlled, independent comparison of T620 phones.
