Carousel V15 is a free, editable HTML carousel snippet for presenting customer feedback. It pairs slide content with clickable thumbnail navigation, and Colorlib says its image-and-text layout stacks vertically on mobile. Its 2026 collection overview describes the rebuilt snippets as plain HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript, usable on their own or alongside Bootstrap.
What Carousel V15 includes
Colorlib positions V15 as a customer-feedback or testimonial carousel. Its thumbnail previews are clickable, allowing visitors to move between slides. The layout puts an image beside text on wider screens and places those regions one above the other on mobile, according to Colorlib’s description; these are publisher-described features, not results of independent device testing.
The snippet is editable: slide content is represented by plain HTML blocks, so adding a slide involves copying a block and replacing its image and text. Color, typography, and spacing are controlled in the stylesheet. See Colorlib’s Carousel V15 page and its carousel collection overview.
How it fits into a website
Colorlib’s October 1, 2026 overview says its carousel collection was rebuilt in September 2026 using HTML, CSS, and a few lines of vanilla JavaScript, without jQuery or Owl Carousel files. It says the snippets can run independently or alongside Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6; they do not require Bootstrap files. That distinguishes these snippets from Bootstrap’s built-in carousel, which Colorlib describes as showing one slide at a time.

Those implementation details describe the collection rebuild. The dedicated V15 page has a date inconsistency: its header says February 23, 2021, while its template details say “Released: September 2026.” The overview also dates the collection rebuild to September 2026. The pages do not explain the conflict, so neither date should be treated as a correction of the other.
Is V15 the right carousel format?
Choose based on how much visual context your testimonials need. These are distinctions in Colorlib’s descriptions, not independent ratings:

License and attribution
The dedicated V15 page lists a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s overview says its snippets may be used in personal and commercial projects provided the credit link is retained. Keep that attribution condition in mind if adapting or publishing the code; the overview does not say that the credit can be removed for commercial use. See the V15 page and collection overview.

Accessibility and content choices to consider
Colorlib’s overview offers general implementation advice for the collection, not a reported audit of V15. For a more usable carousel, apply these recommendations when adapting it:
- If autoplay runs longer than five seconds, provide a way to pause it.
- Use real buttons for pagination and slide controls so the controls behave as interactive elements.
- Put the most important message on the first slide rather than relying on visitors to advance through the carousel.
- Compress large images and specify image dimensions.
These suggestions are from Colorlib’s collection overview. The page does not establish V15-specific performance results, and its example download sizes for other carousels should not be taken as V15’s file size.
