QoraCRM is a WordPress plugin that combines lead forms with a CRM pipeline in your WordPress environment. Its free Lite tier covers basic forms and lead tracking; Pro adds expanded pipeline limits, lead editing and assignment, payment and file fields, and other team and reporting features. The trade-off is that your CRM runs as part of your WordPress site: you manage the site and its data as well as the CRM workflow.
What QoraCRM does—and where it runs
QoraCRM describes itself as a self-hosted CRM and form builder for WordPress. The WordPress.org listing says it stores data in the local WordPress database, while the product site presents its tools as a combination of form building, lead management, workflow automation, and visual Kanban boards. These are product descriptions, not independent performance or security findings.
In practical terms, QoraCRM is for site owners who want to capture inquiries and work with them inside WordPress rather than use a standalone hosted CRM. Its product materials describe pipeline stages, tags, comments, analytics, API and webhook connections, and integrations with WordPress form tools. The exact capabilities available depend on whether you use Lite or Pro.
Install and verify the core plugin
The installation guide documents three ways to install QoraCRM. Use the WordPress dashboard if you prefer the standard plugin workflow; ZIP upload or FTP/SFTP are alternatives. After activation, the guide says the plugin creates custom database tables for forms and leads.
- Install from the plugin directory: In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin, search for QoraCRM, select Install Now, then activate it.
- Upload a ZIP file: Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the QoraCRM ZIP, install it, and activate it.
- Install by FTP/SFTP: Upload the plugin folder to
wp-content/plugins, then open the WordPress Plugins screen and activate QoraCRM. - Check the installation: Open QoraCRM → Forms and create a form to verify that the plugin is available in the dashboard.
If you add Pro, keep the free core plugin installed and active: the Pro plugin is an extension that depends on it. The quick-start material also points to settings and integrations, including SMTP configuration for outgoing WordPress or CRM mail. The cited setup material does not specify minimum server requirements or recommend a mail provider.
Choose Lite or Pro based on your workflow
The core CRM and form builder can be used without Pro. The pricing page describes Lite as free and lists a two-status and two-tag limit. Pro is aimed at workflows that need more room in the pipeline, richer lead management, or form functions such as payments and file uploads.

These feature descriptions are from the vendor’s pricing and upgrade pages. The pricing page displays a promotional price alongside a standard price and advertises a seven-day trial; those terms can change. Confirm the live price, billing interval, and trial conditions on the QoraCRM pricing page before choosing a plan.

Move existing forms and leads carefully
The WordPress.org listing names migration or import paths from Elementor, Fluent Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 with Flamingo, Formidable Forms, Forminator, SureForms, and CSV. QoraCRM also describes API and webhook connections; the homepage names Telegram and Make as examples of notification or automation destinations.
A listed importer is not a guarantee that every historical record, field, or form configuration will transfer exactly as expected. If you already depend on another form system, consult the importer documentation for that source and test on a backup or staging copy before changing the live site. Local database storage means the CRM data lives within the WordPress environment, according to the product listing. That is not proof of independent security testing, certification, or a guarantee that a particular site is secure. The site operator remains responsible for WordPress administration and for protecting the environment that holds the data. Consider how your team handles site access, backups, updates, and recovery before making the CRM part of a production lead process.
For a solo operator with a straightforward pipeline, Lite may be enough if two statuses and two tags fit the process and lead viewing and comments meet the need. Pro is the more relevant tier when the workflow depends on unlimited stages or tags, editing and assigning leads, team roles, bulk actions, payment or file fields, exports, or advanced analytics. If the main requirement is a CRM outside WordPress, QoraCRM’s materials describe a WordPress plugin rather than a standalone hosted service.
