Razer’s Laptop Sleeve 16 with Wireless Charging for Devices adds two wireless charging pads to a protective sleeve—but it is not a power bank. You must connect it to USB-C power, and Razer recommends a 30 W-or-higher USB-C Power Delivery source to run both pads at full capacity. Whether that earns a place on your desk depends on how often you charge a phone and accessory beside your laptop.
What the Razer sleeve does
The sleeve is designed for laptops up to 16 inches. Its flap contains a 15 W wireless charging pad for a phone and a separate 5 W pad for an accessory such as earbuds. Razer names the Blade 16 (2025) and 16-inch MacBook Pro as examples; check your laptop’s dimensions rather than relying on screen size alone.
The charging feature works only while the sleeve is connected to an external USB-C power source. Razer says the package includes a USB-C cable, but the sleeve has no internal battery. It can turn a desk or other USB-C-powered spot into a place to charge compatible devices; it cannot keep charging them when unplugged. Phone pad: 15 W rating, with an iPhone caveat
Razer rates the phone pad at up to 15 W and markets it as MagSafe-compatible. The pad uses Qi1, however, and Razer says iOS limits charging on it to 7.5 W for compatibility and safety. Do not buy it expecting 15 W wireless charging for an iPhone.

Accessory pad: up to 5 W
The second pad is rated at 5 W for a smaller accessory. Razer says Qi wireless-charging devices are supported, while magnetic alignment works best with MagSafe-compatible devices. Compatibility and alignment depend on the device, so check how your phone or accessory charges before treating the pads as a substitute for its usual charger.
Power source: USB-C PD recommended
For both pads to reach their full rated capacity, Razer recommends a USB-C Power Delivery source rated at 30 W or higher. That is the source’s rating, not a claim that every connected device will charge at its maximum speed in every situation. Razer’s support article, updated 29 April 2026, gives the recommendation.

What you get beyond charging
Razer describes a polyester exterior, reinforced padding and a quilted microfiber lining. It reports an approximate weight of 460 g. These are manufacturer specifications and descriptions, not independent drop, durability or protection-test results. Consider whether the added charging hardware and weight make sense for a sleeve you plan to carry with your laptop.

The wireless version’s displayed US price was US$79.99 above the standard sleeve’s on that date. That premium buys the two charging zones, not a battery or a standalone charger. See Razer’s product page for current options and pricing.
Who is likely to find it useful?
- It may suit you if you regularly keep a Qi-compatible phone and a small charging accessory beside your laptop, and you have suitable USB-C power available where you work.
- It is a weaker fit if you need charging while away from power, want 15 W wireless charging on an iPhone, or would carry a separate sleeve and charger more comfortably.
- The standard sleeve is the simpler choice if protection is your priority and you do not expect to use the charging pads often. On the US page’s 7 October 2026 display, it cost less than half as much as the charging version.
Is it worth the premium?
Think of the wireless sleeve as a desk convenience built into a laptop sleeve, not as an upgrade to your phone’s charging technology. Before choosing it, verify that your laptop fits by dimensions, that your devices support Qi charging, and that you can supply USB-C PD power. The extra cost is easiest to justify when the pads replace charging clutter you already use; otherwise, the standard sleeve avoids paying for a feature that remains idle.
