To search repeatedly for a larger Cherub Egg in Ride A Pet!, use a private server by yourself: find an egg, decide whether to keep it, and, if not, leave, wait a few seconds for the server to restart, then rejoin that same server and search again. When you find one you want, use Pick Up. The steps and tracker details below are reported by NerdsChalk’s guide, updated September 23, 2026; they have not been independently confirmed against official game documentation.
How the private-server rejoin method works
The loop is intended to give you another search after an egg is too small to keep. NerdsChalk’s guide says you need to be alone in the private server; it reports that another player prevents the reset this method relies on.
- Create and join a private server. Check that no other player is in it.
- Search the map for a Cherub Egg. Look over the egg and decide whether its size is worth keeping. The guide does not define a size threshold for “big.”
- Leave if you do not want the egg. Open the game menu, select Leave, and confirm.
- Wait on the private-server list. Give the server a few seconds to shut down and restart, as the guide describes.
- Rejoin the same server. Select Join beside that server, then search again. Repeat the leave-and-rejoin cycle if the next egg is also too small.
- Collect the egg you choose. Use the Pick Up interaction on the Cherub Egg.
The guide’s example search starts at Your Ranch and flies toward the hills, but it does not establish a fixed route or guarantee where an egg will appear. Its small egg was in a tree and its larger example was in a rocky mountain crevice; those were discoveries during that run, not reliable spawn locations.
Deciding whether an egg is worth keeping
The source gives no minimum weight, size threshold, spawn odds, or size distribution. You will need to judge each egg against your own goal rather than rely on a published cutoff. If it is not large enough for you, use the rejoin loop; if you want it, pick it up before leaving.

In the guide’s showcase, the player found a Cherub Egg displayed as 527.76K KG in inventory after about five rejoins. NerdsChalk describes this as lucky. It is one example, not a typical result, expected number of attempts, or promise of a similar egg.
Using Eternal Tracker during the hunt
Eternal Tracker is optional. NerdsChalk reports that activating it displays a green waypoint pointing toward the egg and a distance reading. The guide also says the effect lasts five minutes and remains active after leaving and rejoining. These are the guide’s reported mechanics, not independently verified specifications.

If you use the Tracker, follow its waypoint to help locate an egg, then make your keep-or-skip decision. The source does not say that the Tracker changes an egg’s size or improves the odds of finding a larger one.

The guide says a loading tip identifies Kitsune as the fastest pet, but it provides no speed comparison or independent verification. Its own demonstration uses a red dragon mount. Neither detail establishes which option is fastest for your character or current game version.
