The China-market HONOR Play 70 Plus pairs a 6.77-inch display with a 120 Hz maximum refresh rate and a 7000 mAh typical-capacity battery. HONOR lists 45 W maximum wired charging, while a China sale report identifies the chipset as Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 and the panel as HD+ LCD. The similarly named HONOR Play 70m Plus is a separate model.

Display and performance
HONOR lists a 6.77-inch screen with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. IT之家’s August 2025 sale report calls it an HD+ LCD and names the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset. The HD+ and chipset details are attributed to that report; the official dynamic specification table did not provide readable details for those fields.
A 120 Hz maximum refresh rate is a display capability, not a guarantee that every app or screen will run at that rate. No independent performance benchmark is represented here.
Battery and charging
HONOR gives two battery figures: 7000 mAh typical capacity and 6850 mAh rated capacity. The typical figure describes the advertised nominal capacity; rated capacity is the separate lower specification and should not be substituted or conflated with it.

Wired charging is rated at up to 45 W. HONOR says maximum charging power requires its original charger and cable, and actual power varies with conditions. The cited sources do not establish a charging time or battery-life result from independent testing.
Camera and image tools
HONOR advertises a 50 MP rear camera and editing features that include object removal, image expansion, and closed-eye correction. These are manufacturer-described capabilities, not evidence of image quality or camera performance from independent testing.

Durability and water resistance
HONOR describes the phone as having SGS five-star drop resistance and says its IP65 claim is based on testing under China standard GB/T 4208-2017. These labels do not mean the phone is damage-proof or suitable for immersion. HONOR explicitly says in its product documentation that the phone is not a professional waterproof phone, that splash, water, and dust resistance is not permanent and may decline with wear, and that immersion damage is not covered by warranty.

HONOR advertises NFC functions for access cards, Alipay tap-to-pay, electric-bike keys, and tap ordering. The manufacturer qualifies these uses: the phone supports the named functions, and compatible counterpart devices or services are required. HONOR also lists stereo speakers and a customizable physical side key.

HONOR Play 70 Plus vs. HONOR Play 70m Plus
The HONOR Play 70 Plus and HONOR Play 70m Plus are separate products, not alternate spellings of the same model.
