In Ride a Pet, Cherub Eggs and Black Hole Eggs are reported in the same six broad areas: the Giant Tree, the waterfall cave and nearby cliffs, the Forest–Desert border, the Pyramid, and the maze beside the Pyramid. These are places to check—not guaranteed live spawn points. Start looking when the game announces that an egg has appeared.
Where to search for Cherub and Black Hole Eggs
The route descriptions below apply to both egg types. Guides identify landmarks and possible search areas, but do not establish fixed coordinates or promise an egg will be waiting at each location.
Giant Tree
- Go behind the Sell Shop and head to the Giant Tree.
- Climb toward the top and check the small room near the top.
- Look over the lower branches as well. These are reported search spots, not confirmed coordinates.
Waterfall cave and nearby cliffs
- Go behind the Track Shop and follow the river upstream to the waterfall.
- Enter the cave behind the waterfall and search inside.
- Continue to the cave’s rear opening and inspect the cliffs around the exit.
Forest–Desert border
Check the cliff at the edge of the Forest near the beach, between the Forest and Desert areas. Guides describe two possible spots in this area but do not give exact coordinates.

Pyramid and maze
- In the Desert, inspect the small opening inside the Pyramid.
- Find the pond beside the Pyramid and jump into it to enter the maze.
- Search the maze’s corners.
How to search efficiently
- Use the in-game announcement. Treat it as the cue to begin checking the reported areas; a location list does not confirm that an egg is currently present.
- Consider a flying pet for travel. Pro Game Guides recommends the Phoenix as a way to move between areas and cross obstacles. This is gameplay advice, not a measured speed comparison or verified best route.
- Consider the Ethereal Radar cautiously. Guides say it can point toward Ethereal Eggs currently in the world and costs $30,000,000 for one use. Current price and availability are not confirmed by official game documentation, so check the in-game details before relying on them.
What the location guides establish—and what they do not
Recent secondary guides agree on the broad landmarks to search for both eggs. They do not establish official spawn coordinates, spawn probabilities, or a guaranteed route. Move through the areas after an announcement, but do not treat any one landmark as a guaranteed spawn.
