To use a radar in Ride a Pet, buy one from the Gears shop, equip it, select Use Radar, follow its marker to an egg, then collect the egg and return it to your plot. Each standard radar is associated with a different egg rarity.
Which radar finds each egg rarity?
A recent Beebom guide lists six standard cash radars and their associated egg rarities. The prices below are guide-reported values, not a live price feed; the official Ride A Pet mechanics guide notes that Gears shop stock and prices can change, so check what the game currently displays.
| Radar | Reported price | Associated egg rarity |
|---|---|---|
| Advanced Radar | $50 | Rare |
| Jewel Radar | $3,000 | Epic |
| Royal Radar | $20,000 | Legendary |
| Magic Radar | $300,000 | Mythic |
| Angelic Radar | $7,000,000 | Divine |
| Eternal Radar | $30,000,000 | Ethereal |
These six tiers and prices were reported by Beebom’s radar guide, updated September 28, 2026. Treat the prices as a reference when budgeting, not a guarantee of current shop availability or cost.

How to get and use a radar
- Go to the central ranch area. Open the Gears shop.
- Check the live listing. Review which radars are in stock and the price shown in the shop. Choose the radar associated with the rarity you want.
- Buy and equip it. Purchase it with in-game cash, then find it in your inventory or hotbar and equip it.
- Activate the radar. Select Use Radar in the game interface.
- Follow the guidance. Use the marker and distance readout to locate the egg.
- Retrieve the egg. Pick it up and take it back to your own plot.
This is the basic flow described by the official Ride A Pet mechanics page: equip, activate, track, collect, and return.

What to know about timers and radar use
Recent third-party guides describe radars as limited-use items and mention a short tracking or retrieval window, but they do not agree on exactly when a timer begins or how the target egg is selected. The official mechanics instructions confirm the basic controls and return trip without settling those details. Follow the live in-game interface rather than relying on a specific timer, consumption rule, or target-selection claim.
