The original Lee Carvallo’s Putting Challenge is a fictional golf game from The Simpsons, not a released console title. You can play a fan-made recreation in a computer browser: its creator lists an HTML5 browser version and a Windows download, but no PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch build. Console-browser compatibility is not established, so a modern-console owner should not assume it will run on their device.

Choose “Play in browser” to try the recreation without installing the Windows version. The page lists a mouse, arrow keys, or numpad for navigating menus. Follow the game’s on-screen prompts for the rest: the creator does not provide a complete control map for every swing action.

Although the title of this guide mentions modern consoles, the documented way to play the fan recreation is through a browser or on Windows. A particular console would need a compatible browser, and the game would need to work in it; the creator’s listing does not establish either point. A computer browser is the supported route described on the page.
Is Lee Carvallo’s Putting Challenge a real game?
It is a fictional game within the Simpsons episode “Marge Be Not Proud.” In the episode, Bart wants Bonestorm but receives the deliberately unexciting golf game instead. The playable version linked above is a fan recreation, not an official console edition.

The scene’s joke is captured in Lee Carvallo’s increasingly ill-suited instructions. As reproduced by the Simpsons Wiki, the fictional character says: “Welcome to Lee Carvallo’s Putting Challenge. I am Carvallo. Now, choose a club. (Beep) You have chosen a three wood. May I suggest a putter? (Beep) Three wood. Now enter the force of your swing. I suggest feather touch. (Beep, beep, beep) You have entered "power drive". Now, push seven eight seven to swing.” The swing ends with the ball in the parking lot.
What game was it based on?
The Simpsons Wiki reports that the fictional game appears to be based on Lee Trevino’s Fighting Golf, a real 1988 NES game. That game is distinct from both the Simpsons parody and Aaron Demeter’s browser recreation. An original NES cartridge is a retro collectible; it is not a way to install the fan recreation on a current console.

Nintendo’s listing gives The Golf a February 14, 2019 release date. Its Switch 2 support makes it a current-console option, but it does not reproduce Lee Carvallo’s game. The creator’s development log for the fan recreation is dated June 14, 2020; platform availability can change, so check the live listing before trying to play.
