Kuku TV’s microdrama slate turns familiar high-retention hooks—betrayal, revenge, hidden identity and supernatural fate—into two- to three-minute mobile episodes. The six titles below range from a roadside cooking mystery and a 24-hour marriage plot to an underwater kingdom, a folklore treasure cave and a cursed forest.
Kuku positions AI as part of a wider production workflow, while its app supplies frequent, vertically oriented story content, recommendations and premium viewing. The clearest AI showcase is in the shows that require elaborate mythological or fantasy worlds, although public information does not independently audit every production claim.

What to watch: plot and hook for each series
Mystery Wala Chef
After an attack leaves a chef injured and without his memory, he starts cooking at a roadside dhaba. He must reconstruct his past while preparing for a major culinary battle. The premise uses food as both the practical setting and the route back to identity, giving the series a grounded counterpoint to Kuku’s more fantastical titles. Pop Diaries describes the story as a recovery mystery built around the chef’s missing history.
Love Ki Century
A wealthy woman discovers her fiancé cheating just before their wedding. She has only 24 hours to find a stranger willing to marry her, initially as part of a revenge plan. The arrangement draws her into family politics, money disputes and an unexpected relationship, making the central question less about the wedding itself than whether retaliation can become genuine love.

Alibaba Aur Marjeena
Kuku describes this as a dark reworking of folklore focused on betrayal, greed, revenge and survival. Pop Diaries’ synopsis adds a woodcutter, the Forty Thieves’ cave and a hidden princess. A ruler whom the characters trust may actually be the villain. Kuku says the production used its proprietary AI Storytelling Stack, making the cave, royal intrigue and folklore action a direct example of the platform’s world-building pitch.
The Royal Revenge
A former royal heir returns to Jaipur after a decade away, determined to destroy the businessman who ruined his family. His plan becomes entangled with the businessman’s daughter-in-law, who is trapped in a cruel marriage and burdened by family debt. The result combines a revenge quest with romance and a corporate-family conflict rather than treating the royal backstory as decoration.

The story moves between an underwater kingdom and the mortal world, where time passes at different rates. The prince experiences days away while ten years pass for a mortal woman. When he returns, the reunion sets off love, sacrifice and betrayal, alongside a fight to protect his family. Kuku explicitly credits its proprietary AI Storytelling Stack for the production. The unusual time scale and underwater setting make this one of the slate’s strongest visual demonstrations.

During a road trip, Rudra begins seeing visions of his own death. He becomes trapped in the cursed Sheshvan forest, where the story draws on Sheshnaag mythology. Its driving question is whether fate can be changed or whether every attempt to escape the visions brings Rudra closer to them. The show supplies the slate’s most direct supernatural-survival hook.

How Kuku says AI is used in these microdramas
Kuku’s official positioning calls KukuTV “AI-native,” mobile-first, short, frequent and visually driven. The company’s showcase for The Sea King’s Bride describes the proprietary AI Storytelling Stack as bringing an expansive mythological world to life through cinematic visuals; Kuku makes a comparable production claim for Alibaba Aur Marjeena.
A March 3, 2026 article from 3one4 Capital says Kuku’s AI slate spans scriptwriting, dialogue, visual composition, final editing and marketing assets. That is a company/investor description, not an independent production audit, so it should be read as Kuku’s stated workflow rather than verified proof that every creative decision in all six series was automated.

- The Google TV Streamer (4K) delivers your favorite entertainment quickly, easily, and personalized to you[1,2]
- HDMI 2.1 cable required (sold separately)
- See movies and TV shows from all your services right from your home screen[2]; and find new things to watch with tailored recommendations for everyone in your home based on their interests and viewing habits
- Watch live TV and access over 800 free channels from Pluto TV, Tubi, and more[3]; if you find an interesting show or movie on your TV, mobile app, or Google search, you can easily add it to your watchlist, so it’s ready when you are[2]
- Up to 4K HDR with Dolby Vision delivers captivating, true-to-life detail[4]; and you can connect speakers that support Dolby Atmos for more immersive 3D sound
The titles illustrate where such a workflow could matter most: an underwater kingdom, a cursed forest and a treasure cave require continuity across settings and effects that can be expensive or difficult to stage conventionally. The realistic plots still depend on performance, pacing and emotional clarity; AI does not remove the need for a compelling hook.

The current Google Play description markets episodes of roughly two to three minutes, daily story content and personalised recommendations. It lists romance, thriller, horror, family and comedy among the available short formats. That structure lets a viewer sample a premise quickly and return for frequent instalments rather than committing to a conventional half-hour episode.

How the six shows differ as an AI showcase
- Best for realistic identity drama: Mystery Wala Chef keeps the mystery in a recognisable dhaba and competition environment.
- Best for a fast romantic-revenge hook: Love Ki Century puts its deadline at 24 hours and then complicates the revenge plan with family and money.
- Best for folklore spectacle: Alibaba Aur Marjeena combines the Forty Thieves’ cave, a hidden princess and a potentially villainous ruler.
- Best for royal and corporate conflict: The Royal Revenge ties a ten-year return to Jaipur to a trapped daughter-in-law and family debt.
- Best for mythological world-building: The Sea King’s Bride needs an underwater kingdom and a time-flow mismatch between worlds.
- Best for supernatural suspense: Ready to Die uses death visions, Sheshvan forest and Sheshnaag mythology to drive the survival question.
Together, the slate shows Kuku applying the same short-form retention logic to very different environments: social revenge stories can rely on recognisable stakes, while mythology and fantasy supply the visual spectacle that most clearly advertises AI-assisted production.
What is established about Kuku TV’s reach
Kuku TV’s LinkedIn showcase, crawled in October 2026, displayed a figure of more than 180 million downloads without giving a publication date for that number. The Google Play listing, also crawled in October 2026, showed 100 million-plus downloads as current store metadata. Because the figures come from different Kuku-controlled or platform listings and are not independently audited in the available material, they should not be treated as a single verified count.

No independently audited audience totals, budgets, cast lists or episode counts were publicly established for these six shows. The most defensible comparison is therefore the one viewers can make from the premises, format and stated production approach: familiar emotional engines delivered in short mobile chapters, with AI claims most explicit for the mythological and folklore productions.
