Assetto Corsa server hosting is best bought from a provider that supports the original PC game, custom cars and tracks, reliable file access, backups, and a nearby data center. Godlike.Host is listed first here: it offers Assetto Corsa servers with its own game panel and 10 data-center locations. BisectHosting follows for easy management, GGServers for the clearest prices, and GTXGaming for technically experienced administrators.
This comparison covers the original PC Assetto Corsa, not Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO, console editions, VPN hosting, or a server running on a home computer. The rankings are editorial judgments based on provider documentation and published plans available for the April 2026 comparison frame, not independent latency, uptime, or speed testing. Prices, stock, taxes, promotions, and renewal rates can change, so verify the checkout page before paying.
Key takeaways
- Godlike.Host is listed first here: it offers Assetto Corsa servers with its own Pterodactyl-based game panel, up to three free backups a day with restore, free DDoS protection, and 10 data-center locations.
- BisectHosting has the strongest documented management story for private groups because its Assetto Corsa offering emphasizes mod support, backups, control-panel management, DDoS protection, and 21 advertised locations.
- GGServers has the clearest published price ladder, beginning at $6 per month for 2 GB of RAM and scaling to 32 GB, but its 2 GB entry plan is not automatically suitable for demanding mods.
- GTXGaming is the strongest choice for experienced administrators who want workload-based resource guidance and granular control, although its current Assetto Corsa price was not clearly exposed in the research.
- Practical planning ranges are 2–4 GB for small vanilla sessions, 6–8 GB for a small modded community, 10–12 GB or more for demanding events, and 16 GB-plus for multiple instances or unusually heavy configurations.
- “Unlimited player slots” is a configurable marketing label, not a promise of unlimited playable drivers; CPU capacity, RAM, track complexity, plugins, network quality, and server configuration still determine performance.
Which Assetto Corsa server host is best?
Godlike.Host is listed first here, with its own game panel and 10 data-center locations. BisectHosting is the strongest documented choice for managed setup with mod support, GGServers is the better choice when transparent RAM-based pricing matters most, while GTXGaming is the better fit for technical users managing complex content. Host Havoc is a possible alternative, but the available evidence does not verify enough current Assetto Corsa-specific information to rank it confidently alongside the others.

The evidence is mostly provider-supplied. “Full mod support,” “24/7 support,” “instant setup,” and “DDoS protection” describe advertised services, not independent guarantees. No provider is called the fastest or most reliable because no controlled test of latency, uptime, CPU contention, or crash recovery was supplied.
1. Does Godlike.Host offer Assetto Corsa server hosting?
Godlike.Host is listed first here: it runs Assetto Corsa servers from its own game panel. Its Assetto Corsa hosting page is part of a catalog of servers for more than 40 games. The panel is Pterodactyl-based and includes a task scheduler, sub-users with permissions, a config editor that shares a settings file by link, SFTP/FTP access, and server management through a Discord bot.
Godlike.Host lists 10 data-center locations: US West Coast, US East Coast, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Ukraine, Finland and Singapore. Free DDoS protection and a personal firewall for player access and IP filtering are included. Support is available 24/7/365 by live chat or ticket, and the game pages give an average reply time of about twenty minutes.
Godlike.Host offers up to three free backups a day, with restore. Servers can be upgraded or downgraded from the panel with prorated billing, setup takes minutes after payment, and payment methods include cryptocurrency.
What is good about Godlike.Host?
- A dedicated game panel with a task scheduler, sub-users and a config editor.
- Ten data-center locations across North America, Europe and Singapore.
- Free DDoS protection and a personal firewall.
- Up to three free backups a day, with restore.
- 24/7/365 support by live chat or ticket.
What should you verify with Godlike.Host?
Prices change with region and on-page offers, so see the current plans for the exact RAM tier and location. The voluntary money-back guarantee covers the first purchase only and must be claimed within 3 calendar days. Ask support how your league’s cars, tracks and plugins are handled before ordering.
2. Is BisectHosting a strong managed Assetto Corsa host?
BisectHosting suits administrators who want a managed setup without giving up mod support and recovery tools. Its Assetto Corsa hosting page advertises full mod support, NVMe storage, free DDoS protection, automated updates, a custom control panel, instance management, 24/7/365 support, and instant setup after payment clears.
BisectHosting advertises 21 international locations, which gives an international league more flexibility than a host limited to one or two visible regions. The same provider page notes that some locations can be out of stock, so the location count should not be treated as a guarantee that every region is available when an order is placed.
Backup support is a notable advantage. BisectHosting advertises three free days of backups, with additional functionality available through an optional upgrade. Check the exact retention period, restore limits, and whether backups can be downloaded before relying on the service for league-critical data.

What is good about BisectHosting?
- Strongest documented easy-management story in this comparison.
- Full mod support is stated directly on the Assetto Corsa product page.
- Dedicated Assetto Corsa documentation covers settings, server management, and joining.
- International location coverage helps groups choose a region near most drivers.
- Backups, automated updates, and a custom panel reduce routine administration.
What should you verify with BisectHosting?
The public pricing evidence used here exposed dynamic per-GB pricing rather than a simple fixed table. Check the current configurator for the exact RAM tier, billing cycle, taxes, renewal price, location availability, and add-ons. The configurator presents a dedicated IP as an optional add-on, so do not assume a dedicated address is included.
BisectHosting documents a Server Manager web panel, but the Server Manager guide warns that the panel is unavailable for the Assetto Corsa modded client. That distinction matters if a league depends on a particular modded-client workflow. Choose BisectHosting if polished management, backups, locations, and broad mod support matter more than finding the lowest advertised price.
3. Is GGServers the best budget Assetto Corsa host?
GGServers is the best fit when a clear price-to-RAM comparison is more important than broad location coverage. The provider publishes an Assetto Corsa plan ladder from 2 GB to 32 GB and advertises unlimited slots, unmetered SSD storage, anti-DDoS protection, full mod support, 24/7 live chat, and North American and European locations.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →According to GGServers’ April 2026 Assetto Corsa plan table, the advertised starting prices were $6 per month for 2 GB, $9 for 3 GB, $12 for 4 GB, $18 for 6 GB, $24 for 8 GB, $36 for 12 GB, $48 for 16 GB, and $96 for 32 GB. These are advertised starting prices, not independent performance benchmarks, and the billing period, taxes, renewal rate, and add-ons should be checked at checkout.
| GGServers plan label | RAM | Advertised starting price | Practical interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiat Abarth 500 | 2 GB | $6/month | Small vanilla or test server; verify every mod requirement |
| Mazda MX-5 | 3 GB | $9/month | Light workload with limited custom content |
| BMW M3 E30 | 4 GB | $12/month | Small group, but not a guaranteed heavy-mod configuration |
| Lotus Elise | 6 GB | $18/month | More realistic starting point for a small modded community |
| Audi R8 LMS | 8 GB | $24/month | Additional headroom for custom content and regular sessions |
| Ferrari 458 Italia GT2 | 12 GB | $36/month | Provider-labeled recommended tier; suitable planning point for demanding setups |
| McLaren P1 GTR | 16 GB | $48/month | Large mod packs, demanding events, or extra headroom |
| Ferrari SF70H | 32 GB | $96/month | Very large workload or multiple instances; verify CPU allocation too |
GGServers labels the 6 GB plan “Minimum For Mods” and the 12 GB plan “Recommended Plan.” Those labels are provider recommendations, not independent tests. The first-invoice promotion shown in the research offered 20% off with code TAKE20; treat the promotion separately from the recurring price because introductory discounts can expire.
Does GGServers’ “unlimited slots” mean unlimited drivers?
No. “Unlimited slots” means the plan advertises a configurable or uncapped slot setting, not unlimited playable capacity. CPU resources, RAM, track complexity, server tick behavior, network quality, plugins, and the configuration of the event still limit the number of drivers a server can handle well.
Before choosing an unlimited-slot plan, ask GGServers whether the slot setting is technically uncapped, whether fair-use limits apply, what CPU resources are shared or reserved, whether high-player-count events are supported, and whether a dedicated IP is needed for the intended setup. Choose GGServers if you want an obvious RAM ladder and your league is in North America or Europe. Avoid choosing the 2 GB tier solely because it is cheap if the server will run complex tracks, large car packs, plugins, or league events.
4. Is GTXGaming best for technical Assetto Corsa administrators?
GTXGaming is the strongest candidate for experienced administrators who want more detailed workload guidance and control-panel management. GTXGaming maintains a dedicated Assetto Corsa hosting product page and separately lists Assetto Corsa Competizione, reducing the risk of ordering the wrong game when the product is checked carefully.

GTXGaming’s published guidance connects resource use to map size rather than treating player slots as the only variable. The guidance estimates approximately 8–10 GB of RAM for a map size of about 2,000–3,000 and approximately 10–12 GB for 3,000–6,000, excluding plugins and players. The figures come from GTXGaming’s resource guidance and should be treated as workload-specific estimates, not universal minimum requirements.
GTXGaming’s guidance is notably higher than GGServers’ low entry tiers because the providers may be describing different map sizes, configurations, plugins, and resource assumptions. The apparent disagreement is a reason to ask about the actual workload, CPU allocation, and plugin overhead—not a reason to declare one provider’s number universally correct.
Who should choose GTXGaming?
- Administrators comfortable installing and updating custom content.
- Leagues using complex tracks, large mod collections, or server-side plugins.
- Groups that want to size the server around a known workload rather than a simple slot count.
- Users willing to confirm current price, region, backup policy, and billing terms before ordering.
The search results did not expose a clean current Assetto Corsa price in US dollars. Do not infer pricing, CPU performance, uptime, or location quality from the published RAM guidance. Choose GTXGaming when technical control and workload planning matter more than a beginner-friendly price comparison.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors5. Should you consider Host Havoc?
Host Havoc is a provisional alternative, not a fully verified Assetto Corsa recommendation in this comparison. Host Havoc publishes general game-server documentation covering activation, billing, backups, sub-users, and control-panel functions. Its game-server FAQ says paid services are activated instantly in most cases, while some payment methods can delay activation.
The available evidence did not verify a current original Assetto Corsa product page, price, RAM allocation, player-slot policy, location list, or complete mod workflow. Check the live games catalog before considering Host Havoc. Confirm that the exact original PC game is orderable, rather than ACC, and verify car and track uploads, plugins, backups, panel access, CPU policy, and the available region.
Host Havoc becomes more compelling if the live order flow confirms the required product and tools. Do not purchase it solely because of general provider reputation or generic game-hosting features.
How much RAM does an Assetto Corsa server need?
Plan for the most demanding regular event, not merely the smallest number of drivers. RAM use varies with the number of cars, track complexity, mod quality, plugins, concurrent players, weather and event configuration, AI or traffic tools, logging, management software, and the number of simultaneous server instances.

| Planning range | Likely use | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|
| 2–4 GB | Small vanilla server, testing, or occasional private sessions | Verify mod requirements; this is not a safe default for a heavy mod pack |
| 6–8 GB | Small modded community | A practical starting range, not a guaranteed requirement |
| 10–12 GB or more | Complex tracks, large mod packs, plugins, or league events | CPU capacity and configuration still matter |
| 16 GB-plus | Multiple instances or unusually demanding setups | Confirm whether the provider permits and supports multiple instances |
GGServers’ own table identifies 6 GB as its “Minimum For Mods” tier and 12 GB as its “Recommended Plan,” while GTXGaming publishes approximately 8–10 GB for map sizes around 2,000–3,000 and 10–12 GB for 3,000–6,000, excluding plugins and players. The figures are provider guidance, so use them as planning inputs rather than guarantees.

What does mod support actually include?
Mod support means more than uploading a car or track file. A usable modded-server workflow should cover the following separate tasks:
- Uploading custom car and track files.
- Editing server-side configuration files.
- Installing server-side plugins or custom server managers.
- Using SFTP or a reliable file manager.
- Keeping client and server versions aligned.
- Distributing required client content to drivers.
- Updating content without breaking an active league.
- Rolling back after a bad mod update.
- Running multiple server instances if the plan permits it.
Content Manager, Custom Shaders Patch, Sol, Pure, traffic mods, and league plugins can include client-side requirements. A host may support the dedicated server while still being unable to install or troubleshoot software that every driver must configure locally. Ask specifically about CSP-dependent content, server-side plugins, scheduled deployment, and rollback—not just whether the provider advertises “full mod support.”
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How important is server location?
Choose a data center close to most drivers, even if that means paying slightly more or choosing a smaller plan. A league’s geographic center matters more than the administrator’s home location, and a nearby host can be more useful than a cheaper plan in a distant region.

Ask whether changing locations later requires a paid migration, whether the current location is in stock, and whether the move changes the server address or destroys existing files. BisectHosting advertises 21 international locations and says customers can request a location change by ticket, but availability can vary.
GGServers visibly listed North America and Europe in the research. That may work well for those regions but is a limitation for communities centered in Oceania, Asia, South America, or Africa. Do not treat “worldwide” or “low latency” as a useful location specification without named regions.
What should a hosting control panel provide?
A useful web panel lets a nontechnical administrator manage the server without repeatedly editing files through a command line. Look for start, stop, and restart controls; race launching; configuration editing; password and server-name changes; player management; file access; backups; console output; and logs.
BisectHosting documents an Assetto Corsa Server Manager accessed through the hosting panel and network information. The provider also publishes a guide for editing Assetto Corsa server settings. The documented limitation for the modded client means readers should confirm which client and server mode their league uses before assuming every panel function is available.
How do players join an Assetto Corsa hosted server?
The normal connection path is Steam, Drive, Online, server search, car selection, and Join. Players launch the original PC Assetto Corsa through Steam, open Drive, select the Online tab, search for the server name, select the server, choose a car, enter the password if required, and join.

If the server does not appear, direct connection may be necessary. BisectHosting documents a provider-specific workaround using the server IP, the local race.ini file, and the /spawn Steam launch option in its Assetto Corsa joining guide. Do not assume that workaround is universal across providers or configurations.
Do you need a dedicated IP?
No, not every Assetto Corsa server requires a dedicated IP. A dedicated IP can make direct connection, league documentation, stable DNS records, extra ports, and some external administration tools easier, but the host may already provide a reachable server address.
Ask what the dedicated-IP add-on changes and whether it is required for the desired plugin or connection method. BisectHosting’s configurator presents Dedicated IP as an optional add-on, so price the feature separately rather than assuming it is included in the base plan.
What should you check before paying?
- Confirm the product: Select original PC Assetto Corsa, not Assetto Corsa Competizione or Assetto Corsa EVO.
- Choose the region: Put the data center near most drivers and confirm that the location is currently in stock.
- Size the workload: Account for the busiest event, largest track, car pack, plugins, weather tools, and any second server instance.
- Ask about CPU resources: RAM alone does not reveal shared CPU limits or process restrictions.
- Test the mod workflow: Confirm custom cars, tracks, CSP-dependent content, plugins, SFTP, and server-side configuration support.
- Check recovery: Verify backup retention, restore steps, downloadable files, logs, and crash recovery.
- Price the complete service: Include the billing cycle, tax, dedicated IP, backup upgrades, storage, setup fees, and renewal price.
- Review policies: Check cancellation, refunds, payment delays, migration, and export options.
- Confirm administration: Ask about sub-users, permissions, scheduled restarts, updates, and access to the console.
- Plan for failure: Keep a local copy of configuration files, mod lists, passwords, and league settings so migration remains possible.
Managed hosting, a VPS, or self-hosting?
| Approach | Best for | Advantages | Costs and responsibilities |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed game-server host | Most private groups and small leagues | Convenient panel, game-specific setup, support, and simpler backups | Recurring fee; resource and plugin policies vary |
| VPS | Technical administrators | More operating-system and server control; potentially flexible value | You maintain the OS, firewall, dedicated server, updates, backups, and troubleshooting |
| Home PC | Testing or occasional sessions | Lowest recurring hosting cost and complete local control | Port forwarding, firewall rules, upload bandwidth, uptime, carrier-grade NAT, and home-network failures |
| Bare-metal server | Large leagues or multiple demanding instances | More dedicated resources and control | Higher cost and substantially more administration than most casual groups need |
Managed game-server hosting is usually the convenience-to-control compromise for the audience covered here. A VPS or bare-metal server becomes more attractive when the administrator already knows Linux and needs multiple instances, custom services, or resources that a game-hosting panel does not expose.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much RAM does an Assetto Corsa server need?
A small vanilla or test server may fit within 2–4 GB, while a small modded community should usually plan around 6–8 GB. Complex tracks, large car packs, plugins, league events, or multiple instances may justify 10–12 GB or more; actual requirements depend on the workload rather than player count alone.
Is Assetto Corsa server hosting different from ACC hosting?
Yes. Original PC Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione are separate products with different dedicated-server tooling, configuration, resource behavior, and communities. Confirm the exact game on the provider’s order page before paying.
Can I install Content Manager or Custom Shaders Patch on a hosted server?
A host can support the Assetto Corsa dedicated server, custom cars, tracks, and server-side plugins, but Content Manager and Custom Shaders Patch can also require client-side installation by every driver. Ask the provider which server-side files and plugins it supports and expect players to manage required client content locally.
Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallDo I need a dedicated IP for an Assetto Corsa server?
No. A dedicated IP is optional for many setups, but it can simplify direct connections, league documentation, stable DNS records, additional ports, and some external tools. Confirm what address the host supplies by default and whether the add-on is required for your configuration.
How many players can a 4 GB Assetto Corsa server handle?
There is no reliable universal player number for a 4 GB server. Track complexity, car mods, plugins, CPU allocation, network quality, server configuration, and concurrent drivers all affect capacity, so test the busiest intended event instead of relying on RAM or an unlimited-slot label alone.
The Bottom Line
Godlike.Host is listed first here for its own game panel, 10 data-center locations and free DDoS protection; see the current plans on its Assetto Corsa server hosting page. Choose BisectHosting if ease of management, backups, mod support, and location choice matter most. Choose GGServers if transparent RAM-based pricing is the deciding factor. Choose GTXGaming if you are comfortable with technical configuration and need workload-based resource guidance. Consider Host Havoc only after confirming a live original Assetto Corsa product, the desired region, mod support, resource allocation, backups, and the full recurring price.
Whichever host you select, size the server for the most demanding regular race, keep an export of your files and configuration, and never confuse an advertised player-slot limit with a performance guarantee.
