- For a waterproof design: Consider Cozycase, but confirm the specific variant’s waterproof terms on its live listing. The roundup does not establish an IP rating.
- For a minimalist style: Diaclara is the option BGR described as minimalist. Check its front-cover style and fit for your phone.
- For MagSafe accessories: Check the iPhone versions of Miracase Magnetic or SUPCASE. Verify compatibility for the precise listing and model you select.

What did the cases cost in the roundup?
BGR reported prices from $16.99 for Diaclara to $39.99 for SUPCASE, with most around $24.99, on August 18, 2026. Those are dated prices, not current offers; Amazon prices and availability can change. Check the live listing for the price of the exact phone variant.
What to check before buying an integrated screen-protector case
Match the exact phone model
Case compatibility is model-specific. Confirm the phone name and generation in the listing’s variant selector; a case for one model should not be assumed to fit a similarly named phone.

Balance protection, bulk, and extra features
A stand or rugged construction can add bulk. A waterproof claim, kickstand, or MagSafe compatibility should be treated as specific to the exact variant whose listing confirms it—not as a feature shared by every case in a product family.

Inspect for debris
BGR’s author cautioned that a loose-fitting front cover can let dust collect between the cover and screen, where debris may scratch the phone. That is a stated caution, not a controlled finding about all five cases. Periodically inspect the space beneath the cover and clean it if debris is present.

The trade-off is that fit, cover design, touch response, bulk, and accessory compatibility vary by phone-specific version. Choose based on the exact listing and features you need rather than the roundup’s dated bestseller framing.

BGR’s author also described personal use of Cozycase and Diaclara, including saying Diaclara remained in good condition after more than a year. That is an individual account, not durability testing across units or phone models.
