Requirements, upgrade values, and rewards can change, so check the relevant in-game panel before spending resources or rebirthing.
Follow the progression loop
The practical route is a cycle rather than a straight march through stages: build Power, fight where you can win reliably, bring ore back, and improve your equipment before pushing farther.
- Build Power. Swing your starting katana or use the available training area to increase Power.
- Enter the Dungeon. Choose stages you can clear reliably. Weapon abilities may help: a September 28, 2026 progression guide says Q activates the equipped weapon’s ability when one is available.
- Collect ore and watch your bag. The guide describes pressing E to pick up early Copper and Silver drops. Keep an eye on the ore bag limit; once it is full, additional drops may not fit.
- Return to the lobby and forge. Put ore into the Forge and choose the weapon or armor tab for the item you want to make.
- Compare before equipping. Check the new item against your currently equipped gear in Backpack. A craft can be a duplicate or have weaker stats.
- Manage spare resources. Sell spare gear or ore when you need Coins, but retain ore you intend to use for a forge.
- Repeat, then consider Rebirth. After a Rebirth, rebuild Power and work back toward harder stages.
This loop is described by unofficial guides and fan wikis, rather than verified official game documentation. Treat their button prompts and mechanic details as guide-reported, and follow the current in-game screens if they differ.

Farm the deepest stage you can clear at a dependable pace, not simply the deepest stage you have reached. A stage that produces more ore per run may be a poor choice if fights become slow or inconsistent, especially when your bag fills before you can make good use of the drops.

- Compare clear reliability: choose a stage where you can defeat enemies consistently rather than repeatedly failing or losing time.
- Compare bag capacity: if the ore bag fills quickly, returning to the lobby sooner can be more useful than continuing deeper.
- Expand capacity when needed: guides list Max Ore Count as a coin-funded upgrade, and Index discoveries and rewards are also reported to increase ore capacity. Check the current upgrade and Index panels for their live values.
- Keep forge plans in mind: do not sell ore you have set aside for a planned craft just to extend a run or raise your Coin balance.
There is no established universally best farming depth: the useful stopping point changes with your Power, equipment, bag size, and ability to clear the stage.
Forge gear using the preview and your current stats
The Forge accepts ore for weapons and armor. The displayed result multiplier is reported to depend on ore quality; a separate guide describes it as an average of the inserted ore multipliers. Because this calculation is guide-reported and may change, use the live forge preview before confirming a craft.

- Choose the weapon or armor tab for the slot you want to improve.
- Insert ore and review the multiplier and resulting item shown by the Forge.
- Before equipping the result, open Backpack and compare its visible stats with the item you currently use.
- Equip it only if it is a worthwhile upgrade for your build; keep or sell duplicates and weaker replacements according to your needs.
Do not assume a weapon is better because its name, ore, or apparent rarity sounds stronger. The comparison screen is the useful evidence for your account. Weapon skills can also differ, so consider whether the available ability suits the fights you are doing.

One progression guide lists coin-funded upgrades for Max Ore Count, Luck Boost, and Train Boost. It also reports that Index discoveries and rewards can expand the ore bag. These values and prices are update-sensitive, so check the current panels rather than relying on old price or increment figures.

- Train Boost: consider it if building Power is slowing your progress.
- Luck Boost: check the displayed effect and cost against your current goal before spending Coins.
- Index: review discoveries and claim available rewards; guides report that these can contribute to ore capacity.
Compare the cost of an upgrade with the bottleneck you are actually facing. An upgrade that does not address your current limit may be less useful than improving gear or continuing to train.
When to Rebirth
A beginner guide updated September 30, 2026 reports that the first Rebirth becomes available at level 25 with 100% Rebirth progress. It also says forging may help combat but is not required for Rebirth. These are unofficial, time-sensitive guide claims, not confirmed permanent requirements: open the Rebirth menu and verify the current threshold before resetting.

Before confirming, compare the reset cost and the displayed permanent multiplier in the Rebirth panel. Rebirth can support longer-term progression, but it resets progress that you will need to rebuild. There is no established best timing for every account; whether to reset now depends on the current offer and how reliably you can regain Power and advance afterward.
What to expect from Frostbound Tower
A September 28, 2026 progression guide describes Frostbound Tower as a later activity with waves and rewards that include Coins and ores. Its examples mention Bone Ore, Frostbite, Diamonds, and Ember Stones in different rounds, but those are dated examples, not guaranteed payouts. Another progression resource checked September 24 says Tower payouts and requirements were not established by the creator in that resource and labels some details player-reported.

Check the live Tower entry and reward screens before planning a run around a specific ore, requirement, or payout. A newer or changed in-game display should take precedence over a dated guide example.
How reliable are published game details?
The progression information summarized here comes primarily from unofficial guides and fan wikis updated between September 24 and October 4, 2026. They describe the core training, dungeon, ore, forge, and rebirth loop, but they are not developer documentation. Treat exact upgrade prices, Rebirth requirements, Tower rewards, stage data, and event timing as changeable and confirm them in the game.
A Loot to Forge Wiki page labels 72,578 players as Roblox game statistics on October 4, 2026. That figure is a dated third-party snapshot, not a stable count or a Roblox-authored statistic. A fan reference also transcribes four short lines as wording from the official Roblox description: “Click to gain greater power,” “Defeat hordes of enemies,” “Gather precious ores,” and “Forge powerful gear.” The reference’s transcription is not an independently verified primary listing.
