พาสคีย์ใช้วิธีปลดล็อกอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่แล้ว เช่น ลายนิ้วมือ การสแกนใบหน้า PIN หรือรหัสล็อกหน้าจอ วิธีใช้งานมีดังนี้:

- Note: These are 125kHz key fobs (tags). They are ID fobs. They are not IC or NFC fobs. If you want to add them to your lock system, please ensure that your system uses the same frequency of unencrypted 125kHz. Not compatible with other frequencies like 13.56MHz. For example, they don't work for Tuya or TTLock smart locks. Not work for encrypted systems.

กรณีเปิดการยืนยันแบบ 2 ขั้นตอน
หลังป้อนรหัสผ่าน Google อาจให้ยืนยันด้วย Google Prompt, SMS, แอปสร้างรหัส, รหัสสำรอง, คีย์ความปลอดภัย หรือพาสคีย์
หากไม่เห็นการแจ้งเตือนบนโทรศัพท์ ให้ตรวจสอบตามลำดับนี้:

- ปิดโหมด ห้ามรบกวน
- กลับไปที่หน้าลงชื่อเข้าใช้ แล้วแตะ ส่งอีกครั้ง
- หากยังไม่ได้รับ ให้แตะ ลองใช้วิธีอื่น หรือ ฉันทำเช่นนี้ไม่ได้

หากโทรศัพท์ขึ้นข้อความ คำขอหมดอายุ ให้กลับไปที่หน้าลงชื่อเข้าใช้แล้วขอส่งการแจ้งเตือนใหม่
แก้ปัญหาเข้าสู่ระบบ Gmail ไม่ได้
ลืมอีเมลหรือชื่อผู้ใช้
หากเห็นข้อความ ไม่พบบัญชี ให้ตรวจสอบการสะกดอีเมล ลองหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ผูกไว้ หรือใช้ข้อมูลกู้คืนบัญชี เช่น อีเมลสำรอง จากนั้นเปิดหน้า กู้คืนชื่อผู้ใช้ของ Google เพื่อค้นหาบัญชี
ลืมรหัสผ่าน
เปิดหน้า กู้คืนบัญชี Google แล้วตอบคำถามให้ได้มากที่สุด ควรดำเนินการจากอุปกรณ์ เบราว์เซอร์ และสถานที่ที่เคยใช้ลงชื่อเข้าใช้เป็นประจำ หากระบบถามรหัสผ่านเดิม ให้ป้อนรหัสผ่านล่าสุดที่จำได้
