The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 is a 4 nm smartphone platform with an eight-core CPU: one core up to 2.5 GHz, three up to 2.4 GHz, and four up to 1.8 GHz. Published benchmark results vary by test version and handset, so there is no single score every phone using this chip will achieve. Qualcomm’s product brief describes platform capabilities; phone makers choose which features to implement.
Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 specifications
These are platform-level specifications from Qualcomm’s product brief. They describe supported limits and features, not a guarantee that every phone includes them.

Actual phone specifications depend on the manufacturer’s design and may vary by model or region. For example, a platform’s camera, wireless, memory, or display maximum does not establish that a particular retail handset supports it.

In its August 20, 2024 launch announcement, Qualcomm claimed nearly 20% improved CPU performance, up to 40% improved GPU performance, over 30% better AI performance, and 12% overall power savings compared with the previous generation. These are Qualcomm’s product comparisons, not independent test results.

Qualcomm also said the platform supports on-device generative AI workloads, citing Baichuan-7B and Llama 2 at 1 billion parameters as examples. Whether a phone exposes particular AI features depends on its manufacturer’s implementation.
Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 benchmark results
Published results are observations from particular devices or submissions, not guaranteed scores for every phone with this processor. The two AnTuTu figures below come from different test versions and should not be treated as a head-to-head comparison.

| 91mobiles device testing; page accessed October 7, 2026 | 834,739; 91mobiles identifies this as its highest recorded score among the tested devices, but the page does not identify the AnTuTu version | 1,208 | 3,325 |

The difference between the AnTuTu totals is not evidence that one phone is necessarily faster: one result is explicitly AnTuTu 11, while 91mobiles does not state the version alongside its figure. Benchmark versions can use different scoring scales. Geekbench 6 figures are more directly aligned by version, but still reflect particular devices and test conditions.
Why scores differ between Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 phones
A processor score is not a fixed property of the chip alone. A phone’s cooling system, software, memory configuration, power management, and test conditions can affect results, especially sustained performance. Notebookcheck lists graphics benchmark entries for multiple devices, including Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and Nothing Phone (3a) variants, illustrating that published results are device observations rather than one universal platform score: Notebookcheck’s processor and benchmark page.

For a useful comparison with another chipset, use the same benchmark version and, where possible, comparable phones and test conditions. Consider single-core and multi-core CPU results, graphics performance, sustained behavior, memory and storage configuration, and the features actually included in each handset. The available reported pages do not establish controlled, same-phone comparisons against every competing platform, so broad rankings are not warranted.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phones use the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3?
91mobiles lists the Nothing Phone (3a) among phones powered by this chipset. Confirm the exact regional model and current specifications before relying on that example; handset lineups and configurations can vary. Qualcomm’s launch release described Xiaomi as the expected initial adopter and also named Realme, Samsung, Sharp, and Xiaomi as expected adopters at that time. That is historical launch context, not confirmation of current availability in every market.
