Option 1: Save Outlook Email as a PDF on Windows
- Highlight-click the email you want to save in Outlook by clicking it. If images are not displaying, right-click one image on the email and select Download Pictures.
By default, Outlook does not download images. To ensure that when you save an email as PDF the images are saved, you must download the images before you proceed.
- Next, right-click the email and select Quick Print.
- Finally, select the folder to save the PDF, give the file a name, and click Save.
Option 2: Save Gmail Email as a PDF on Android
- Open the Gmail app on your Android phone and open the email you want to save. Then, on the top right of the email, tap the 3 vertical dots on the top right and tap Print.
- The Print screen has another 3 dots on the top right. Tap this and select “Print as PDF.”
- Finally, note where the PDF will be saved on your phone or select a different location, give the file a new name, then, tap Save.
