Have you ever wondered where your old Amazon orders are? Well, they may be archived, and to help you find your archived orders on Amazon, this guide offers two methods.

As at the time of writing this Itechguide, the option to view archived orders is only available when you open your Amazon account from a PC. The option is NOT available from a Mobile browser or the Amazon Shopping App.
The steps in this Itechguide were performed from my Amazon.co.uk Account. The guide uses Amazon.com as a guide. Where I specify Amazon.com, change to your Amazon’s country marketplace.

Option 1: Find Archived Orders from Your Account

  1. Open Amazon.com (change to your country’s Amazon marketplace domain) on your PC. Then log in with your Amazon account.
  2. On the top right of your Amazon account page, hover over Accounts & Lists. Then, from the list of displayed options, click Your Account.

  1. When Your Orders page opens, on the Orders tab (opens by default) click the past six months drop-down. The drop-down will display a list of years.
  1. At the end of the displayed options (scroll to the end), click Archived Orders.
If you do not have any archived order, the Archived Orders option will NOT be displayed. The option is only available in the drop-down if you have archived orders in your account.
  1. All orders you have archived will be displayed here. To remove an order from the list and love it back to Your Orders page, click Unarchive Order.
