Its Developer Mode puts multiple device views beside a regular desktop view, with tools for checking responsive layouts and reviewing web-app behavior. It is for web content—not native iOS, Android, or iPadOS apps.
What Blisk does
Blisk offers two modes: Browsing Mode for ordinary browsing and Developer Mode for web development and testing. In Developer Mode, you can open a site in several emulated device views at once, rather than repeatedly resizing one browser window. Blisk describes the views as using its Blink- and Chromium-based technologies rather than iframes; that is the vendor’s description, not independent confirmation that every emulated result matches a physical device.
The intended use includes public websites and web applications, as well as local, development, and staging sites. Blisk says it can work with local web servers and single-page applications. Its product overview is at Blisk.
How device emulation works
Blisk provides device presets and multi-device sets. Its documentation describes controls for conditions such as viewport size, device pixel ratio, user agent, touch events, orientation, and dark mode. These settings help a developer inspect how a web page responds to different configurations; they are simulated conditions, not a guarantee of identical rendering or behavior on every physical device and browser.

Blisk also describes simulating conditions such as a slow connection or a clean cache. What stands out in a testing workflow
Side-by-side views and synchronization
Blisk can display multiple device views alongside a desktop view. The company says views can follow one another by URL and scroll position, which can make it easier to compare corresponding parts of a page while navigating. Developer tools are described as independently usable for devices, so you can inspect a particular view rather than treating the whole set as one undifferentiated browser window. Refresh and error notifications
The product overview lists automatic refresh and notifications for JavaScript and resource errors. These can help surface problems during development, but they do not replace checking browser-console output, reproducing a bug, or testing with your project’s normal debugging process.
Captures and team review
Blisk lists screenshots, multi-device screenshots, screen recording, image annotation, and cloud storage among its features. Its collaboration descriptions also include sharing device sets, screenshots, and videos. Those tools can give teammates a visual record of an issue or a change; what is available may depend on the current product configuration.

What Blisk does not test
Blisk’s getting-started documentation states: “Native mobile apps for iOS, Android, iPadOS are not supported at the moment.” Its device views are for web content in emulated contexts; the documentation does not claim that they run or validate native mobile apps. If your work requires testing a native app, you need a separate native-app testing workflow.
More generally, emulation is useful for responsive checks and rapid comparisons, but it cannot establish that a site behaves exactly as it would on every real device, operating-system version, browser engine, or network. Treat it as one part of testing, and use physical devices or other suitable environments when your requirements depend on real hardware or platform-specific behavior.

Desktop operating systems and download details
Blisk is a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Its download page lists the following operating-system support:

Check the official download page before installing because supported versions and installers can change. At the time the reviewed official pages were checked, the site displayed version 25.0.115.28 and advertised a free trial without requiring a credit card. Those are time-sensitive vendor statements; the pages reviewed did not establish a pricing schedule, so confirm current version and trial terms directly with Blisk.
