To print Venmo activity, sign in to Venmo on the web, open the Statements page, select the profile and period you need if those controls appear, and download the file Venmo offers. Open that file on a computer and print it from the application that displays it. For business-profile transaction history, Venmo documents a CSV download; its guidance does not establish a universal PDF export or a dedicated print button.
Print general Venmo transaction history

Sign in to Venmo on the web and open the Statements page.

If Venmo shows a profile selector, choose the personal or business profile whose activity you need. For business profiles, Venmo specifically directs users to select the business profile from the dropdown.

Choose the date range if the page offers one, then download the statement or transaction-history file available for that account. Venmo says users can view and download transaction history for personal or business profiles; its business-profile instructions describe a CSV download. The exact personal-account export formats and date-range controls are not established here, so use the options shown in your account.

Open the downloaded file on a computer. If it is a CSV, open it in a spreadsheet application and check the profile, period, and displayed columns before printing. Use that application’s print command; page layout and print options depend on the software and printer.

Check the printed pages to confirm they include the intended transactions, and keep them in a secure place because they contain financial information.

Venmo’s Business Profiles Basic Functions help page says, “You can view and download the transaction history for either your personal or business profile.”

Teen Account statement details
Venmo says Teen Account statements use the same Statements page as personal statements, with profile and date-range dropdowns. According to its Teen Account guidance, statements may be available in monthly or quarterly periods depending on activity, reaching back three years. That availability is specific to Teen Accounts and should not be assumed for other profiles.

Get a Venmo Credit Card billing statement
For a Venmo Credit Card bill rather than a record of ordinary Venmo transactions, go to the Credit Card section in the Venmo app and view or download the billing statement there. Venmo also says an electronic statement is sent to the email associated with the account. See Venmo’s Credit Card statement instructions.

A transaction statement is not a tax form. Venmo says statements may help with other reporting obligations when a user does not receive tax documents, but tax forms are handled separately through the Tax Document Center.
