How the Sales & CRM rankings on iTechGuides are built — the same rules as every directory on the site:

- **Researched:** every tool is researched from its official pricing, plan and product pages, and prices are re-checked — no listings copied from press releases or other directories.
- **Editor scores:** scores are out of 10 and re-checked when a product changes its plans. A score or review can never be bought.
- **Paid listings and featured positions:** we accept them. A featured position is a paid placement and is marked Featured; scores and reviews never change for payment.
